T-Mobile and Orange in UK Largest Merger
T-Mobile and Orange have revealed their joint venture name “Everything Everywhere”, The EE company will run two of Britain’s biggest communications companies they have customer base of 30 million customer.
And both Orange and T-Mobile will continue to operate as separate brands,
The merger will officially take place from 1 July and the chief executive of Everything Everywhere is Tom Alexander.
