Motorola splits into two companies

 Motorola splits into two companies Motorola has officially split into two separate companies on January 4 Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions. Motorola Mobility will focus on cell phone and cable set-top boxes. Motorola Solutions will make radios and barcode scanners to government agencies and large companies.
The two companies will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 4.

 Motorola  MILESTONE  XT720 cell phone Motorola Inc has just announced MILESTONE XT720 in UK, the first Android phone to have a Xenon Flash and one of the world’s slimmest 8 MP cell phones.
MILESTONE XT720 features a 3.7 inch WVGA (480 x 854) multi-touch display, an 8MP autofocus camera, HD 720p / 24fps video recording, Wi-Fi, GPS, and an 8GB card included. And 9 hours of talk time and 320 hours of standby time.
the handset will likely be available in the next few months in Europe.

Motorola Flipout Expected in June

 Motorola Flipout with android Motorola will launch an Android running smartphone called the Flipout in the United States at the end of this month. the Flipout is square in shape, full qwerty keypad and will run Android 2.1.
Twisty phone features a 2.8-inch square screen, a 3.1-megapixel camera with digital zoom, a 700MHz processor, 256MB of RAM memory. Also 3g, GPS and WiFi. No info about price yet.

Motorola Droid Shadow heading to Verizon

 Motorola Droid Shadow heading to VerizonThe first look of the phone appeared on the cover of getting started guide.
Motorola DROID Shadow will feature a 4.3-inch touch screen, an 12-megapixel camera capable of 720p HD video recording, upwards of 32GB of internal storage and the handset will run Android 2.2 Froyo according to the rumors.
The cell phone is expected to be available in June or July with a Verizon exclusive deal.
