Steve Jobs has passed away

Apple has announced that co-founder and former CEO of the company, Steve Jobs, has passed away at age 56.

Jobs fought a long battle with pancreatic cancer, which forced him to take a number of leaves of absence while he was the CEO of Apple. His health then forced him to resign this past August, leaving Tim Cook as his successor.

Motorola splits into two companies

 Motorola splits into two companies Motorola has officially split into two separate companies on January 4 Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions. Motorola Mobility will focus on cell phone and cable set-top boxes. Motorola Solutions will make radios and barcode scanners to government agencies and large companies.
The two companies will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 4.

Google Announced Nexus S in US and UK

The Nexus S features a 4 inch curved display, and a 5 mp camera with LED flash. It also has 16GB of internal memory, NFC technology, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and 1500 mAH Lithum Ion battery.
The Nexus S will be available in US on December 16 for $529 unlocked or $199 with two year T-Mobile contract. And in UK on December 20 for £549.95 unlocked.
